Let's Work!

Work wear has definitely evolved over the years. A few years back the norm consisted of the traditional skirt/trouser suit for women and a suit for men. There weren't a lot of people mixing and matching, but then you look at work wear right now and it's a breath of fresh air! We're embracing the concept of blazers, mismatched suits and even crop tops (still subject to discussion with many though) to work.

To keep with the traditional trouser suit, I wore a blazer and trousers but the modern twist came with the difference in colours and the clutch bag. Generally, no one takes a clutch bag to work ( I realise) but this could be a Friday look. This transitions very well to any other commitments you my have. Alternatively you may opt to carry a work bag and put the clutch in to take out to use later on in the day/night.
